Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Runpire application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity that takes place under it.
• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use this App.

2. User-Generated Content

• All content you upload to the App (photos, run data, comments, profile info) is your responsibility.
• You must be the legal owner of any content you upload, or have permission to publish it.
• For content you upload, you grant Runpire a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display and fan out that content within the App. This license terminates when you delete your account (see Section 9).

3. Prohibited Conduct — Zero Tolerance

The following are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination:

• Uploading content that violates the Community Guidelines
• Harassment, threats or hate speech against other users
• Sharing nudity, violence or illegal content
• Impersonating another person
• Attempting to hack the App or its infrastructure
• Using automated tools (bots, GPS spoofers)
